Professional Career
Norkus enters his third season with the RailHawks. In 2008, Norkus appeared in 20 games and registered a goal and an assist. In 2007, he scored his only goal of the year in a 2-0 win over the California Victory, a result that clinched a spot in the USL-1 postseason for the RailHawks in their debut season.
Norkus also played professionally for the Puerto Rico Islanders (USL-1), Union Espanola (Chile), Charleston Battery (USL-1) and Richmond Kickers (USL-2) and Sportfreunde Siegen (Germany).
College Career
After a standout prep career at Raleigh’s Sanderson High School, Norkus enjoyed a prosperous four-year tenure at UNC Chapel Hill. In 80 games, he scored 40 goals and tallied 20 assists.
