Professional Career

Patterson-Sewell came to the U.S. in 2007 to play for Martin Rennie and the expansion Cleveland City Stars of the USL Second Division. In eight appearances, Patterson-Sewell posted three shutouts and had a 1.00 goals against average. In 2008, he signed with Major League Soccer’s New York Red Bulls. He did not see any regular season playing time, though he did play in RBNY’s friendly against Barcelona.
