INDIVIDUAL VANCOUVER MATCH TICKETS ON SALE

Individual tickets for the Hilton Garden Inn Durham Southpoint Community Shield Match are on sale now.  The 5th Annual Community Shield Match will see Major League Soccer’s Vancouver Whitecaps FC journey to the New WakeMed Soccer Park on Sunday, February 24th to face the RailHawks.  Kickoff for the Community Shield Match is set for 1:30pm ET.  Tickets for the match can be purchased at the St. Lawrence Homes Box Office at WakeMed Soccer Park or online at etix.com.  All ticket proceeds from the Community Shield Match will be a part of the RailHawks 10% donation back to the Triangle soccer community.

The Whitecaps 3-Pack highlights the ticket offerings for the match with a ticket to the Vancouver match, the April 13th Grand Opening of the New WakeMed Soccer Park, and June 29th Fireworks Extravaganza for only $39.  Ticket pricing for the match and 2013 season will be as follows: North Stand tickets for $10, 309 Depot tickets for $13, Premium level for $16, Club level for $21, VIP and Terrace seating for $26 and Children (ages 3-5) for $5.  The always popular Fan4Pack will also be available for the Community Shield Match starting at $49 including 4 tickets, 4 meals, and 4 drinks.  Carolina RailHawks 2013 Season Tickets, starting as low as $123, can also be purchased through the St. Lawrence Homes Box Office to reserve your seat to every RailHawks home match.

Vancouver’s travel to North Carolina will mark the return of former RailHawks head coach Martin Rennie.  In 2012, Rennie guided the Whitecaps to their first playoff appearance and became the first Canadian team to qualify for the MLS Playoffs.  Rennie’s squad includes former RailHawks Brad Knighton, Jun Marques Davidson, and Matt Watson.  Recently, the Whitecaps have added former RailHawks captain Brad Rusin and forward Tom Heinemann.

New RailHawks signing Nick Addlery will join his RailHawks teammates in the 5th Annual Hilton Garden Inn Community Shield Match against MLS Playoff participant, Vancouver Whitecaps FC on February 24th at 1:30pm ET.
