BIO: Breiner Ortiz enters his second season with the RailHawks after impressing RailHawks head coach Colin Clarke at the 2012 NASL combine.  Ortiz played for multiple clubs in his hometown of Cali, Colombia before coming stateside.  He was selected out of 150 players in Colombia to showcase his skill at the NASL combine in hopes of signing a contract.  In 2012, Ortiz appeared in 14 matches for the RailHawks and his inclusion in the lineup helped turn around the RailHawks slow start including a victory over MLS Champion, LA Galaxy in the U.S. Open Cup.
